By registering for an account, accessing our site, or utilizing our software tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an NGO or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Description of Service
Actura is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in managing volunteers, tracking gamification, event scheduling, QR-based check-ins, and generating reports.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your organization.
- You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data Privacy & Ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload regarding your volunteers and events. However, by using the service, you grant us the right to store, process, and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
5. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to modify, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform. You may not use the platform for any illegal activities or to store illicit content.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Imperium Trust or imperiumofficial.in be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the VMS platform.
